Terry Wilmeth
A life that has been and continues to be dedicated to service and innovation. Terry spent seven years in the U.S. Air Force as Weapons Control Specialist of a M61A1 Vulcan and holds current FAA Airframe and Power Plant certificates. With over 30 years of aviation experience, Terry has worked in the military, “Air America,” the Federal Government, and as an electronics specialist assigned to the U.S. Army Strategic Defense Command, Kwajalein Missile Test Range. Beyond his commitment to service, his commitment to innovation lead to the awarding of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation Gold Medal for Innovative Technologies, and Terry’s vehicle designs have been the basis for several national titles in various all-terrain vehicle categories. And he’s also a 5-time Guinness World record holder in the All-Terrain Vehicle categories for speed and endurance.

Chris Harris
With an engineering mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, it comes as no surprise that Chris is the CEO of RPAMS. Before RPAMS, Chris worked tirelessly as Vice President of Maintenance at Evergreen Airlines during the transition to the Boeing Large Cargo Freighter (LCF) deployment and has accrued over 25 years of aviation experience. He has been singularly recognized for his contributions in the development of such projects as the SOFIA (Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy), Boeing 747 SP, and the Evergreen Airlines “Supertanker.” Today, Chris is CEO of RPAMS as well as the Owner and President of Northwest UAV Propulsion Systems (NWUAV), a manufacturing company dedicated to engineering, testing and manufacturing UAV engines and support systems. Chris also holds current FAA Airframe and Power Plant certificates.
